We will exchange or refund moccasin and other moccasin products within 30 days provided that the leather footwear does not show wear.  Our moccasin footwear is guaranteed against defects in workmanship.  No returns or refunds on custom items.  No unauthorized returns. There will be a 10% restocking charge on all returns but not on exchanges.

Defective merchandise: 

Defective merchandise will be either replaced or repaired at our discretion. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise. NOTICE: 

Unless otherwise authorized, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping refunded merchandise back to our fulfillment center.
